Accessing your test couldn't be easier. Login in to your account here at CoreIntegral.com. Once you do, you will land on your "My Account" page. Near the bottom of the page is your Order History. Locate your course purchase and click the "Access Test" button. You will be redirected to our secure testing server and can begin whenever you're ready.
How do I access the Level One Test that came with my course?
My browser's giving me a Flash security error. What option should I select?
We apologize for this error, but it's unavoidable when playing course files through a browser, when the files are local rather than on the web. Select "OK" and everything will play as intended.
I just purchased a mentoring session. What happens next?
The number of sessions you purchased are reserved in your name. Your mentor will contact you via e-mail within three days at most to arrange a mutually agreeable time for you to talk. If that does not happen, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.
I'd like to return a product. What should I do?
Simple. Check out our Return Policy and then contact us at the address listed there. We'll get back to you as soon as possible - within two business days at most.
My browser needs a new flash player plugin. Where do I get one?
You can update the flash player plugin for any browser for FREE at Adobe's website.
My course isn't working. What should I do?
Follow these simple steps to see if you can resolve the issue:
1. Make sure you are playing the course in your computer and not your TV's DVD Player. The course discs are DVD-ROMs and only work in computers.
2. Make sure that your computer has a DVD optical drive. CD optical drives will not work. You can get an affordable external DVD drive if needed. We recommend this one.
3. Make sure your browser and your browser's flash player are updated to the most recent versions.
4. If you receive a flash security error, make sure you select "OK."
5. If the course is still not working, please Contact Us for technical support.

As many times as you'd like. And, you can use your course for support. We aren't trying to test you for the sake of testing you; rather, it serves as a helpful feedback mechanism, allowing you to gauge your proficiency in the course material.
